Welcome to AIHorizon.world! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a distance agreement between Interwealth Solutions Ltd ("Company"), a company registered under the laws of England and Wales, Company Number: 14863966, with its registered address at 41 Devonshire Street, Ground Floor, London, England, W1G 7AJ, and you ("Customer").

By accessing or using AIHorizon.world, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

Registration

You are required to create an account to access our AI generation services. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. AI Generations

Free Generations

Upon registration, you will receive a limited number of free generations. These free generations are provided at our discretion and may be subject to change.

AI Generation Models

We offer various AI generation models, each requiring a specific number of generations to create content. The available models and their generation requirements are as follows:

• Conversation: 1 generation per interaction

• Image Generation: 10 generations per image

• Video Generation: 20 generations per video

• Music Generation: 15 generations per music piece

• Speech Generation: 15 generations per speech piece

• Code Generation: 3 generations per code snippet

Users start with 20 free generations upon registration. For example, a user can generate 2 images, or generate a music piece and interact with the bot 5 times.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

• Distributing harmful or malicious software

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

4. Prohibited Use of the Platform: Intellectual Property Compliance

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform to generate, share, distribute, or commercialize any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Trademarks (e.g., logos, brand names, product designs)

• Copyrighted materials (e.g., artworks, illustrations, photographs, music, or characters)

• Celebrity likenesses or personal images (e.g., actors, musicians, athletes, public figures)

• Protected designs or patents

By using the platform, the user agrees not to intentionally prompt or instruct the system to recreate or imitate any content that may be protected by intellectual property laws, unless the user has obtained proper authorization or owns the rights to such content.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these provisions and to remove any generated content suspected of infringing third-party rights.

The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the content they generate and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims or liabilities resulting from the misuse of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated using our tools is the exclusive property of the user who created it. AIHorizon.world does not claim ownership rights to the generated content. You retain all rights to use, distribute, and create derivative works from the content you create. AIHorizon.world provides you with a platform to generate content, but does not require any rights to its use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIHorizon.world shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIHorizon.world, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date at the top. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
